Please take note, this is a parent/carer supervised activity. All parents/carers must take FULL responsibility for their child/ren during the session.

• if you need to leave the area, you must take your child with you.

All activities are created in mind that each child is under constant supervision by a parent or carer. Some activities may contain water and small loose objects.

It is our commitment to ensure that sessions maintain high standards of health and hygiene. We appreciate your cooperation in confirming that your child(ren) are in great spirits and good health before attending our sessions. This proactive approach helps us maintain a healthy environment for all visitors.

We highly recommend dressing your child in clothes you don’t mind getting messy! Nahla Nature Play does not take any responsibility for any stains, mark or damage to any belongings.

Natural & Safe Ingredients

Nahla Nature Play prioritises the use of natural and safe materials in its play area. All materials we use are natural, non-toxic, taste safe and prepared following safe practices, however, please keep in mind they are not designed to be eaten.

Embracing Adventure

We recognise that playtime involves some risks, just like any adventure. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks for child(ren) and yourself. While Nahla Nature Play does its best to keep everyone safe, it is also important to understand that accidents can happen in the midst of fun and exploration.

Photography & Social Media

Everyone loves taking snaps of their little ones! Please remember to be respectful towards other parents/carers who may not want their children in photos.

We may take various photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes. Please let us know, before the session if you do not wish for any photography of your child.

Attendance & Cancellation

Due to the costs of materials and other fees, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if you are no longer able to attend, please contact us to reschedule or change the name of the booking. (However, 24 hours notice is required due to product prep).

Wet Weather: Rain is a beautiful blessing, which children love to explore and play amongst! In this case, we will only cancel/postpone a session if the weather doesn’t allow safe play.
